Uncle Lou's Vegan Kitchen
Приєднався 31 січ 2019
Greetings beautiful people welcome to Uncle Lou's Kitchen
Your home for vegan soul food from around the world.
A little about me...
Born in England though lived in 5 countries growing up across Europe, Africa and Asia,
I've travelled and eaten traditional dishes in over 30 countries and counting from spaetzle in Liechtenstein to empanadas in the heart of the pacific ocean on Easter Island.
For many years I have studied Chinese Takeaway food for fun and it's probably my favourite alongside middle eastern and Indian and Thai and Japanese and Yemenite and pretty much anything that didn't once have a heartbeat or farted.
My fave dishes to cook in general are south or far east Asian however, due to growing up in the middle east, naturally the local food there is close to my heart.

"Spotted" comes from the currents, which are much darker 'spots' in the desert than the rest of the desert. The word 'dick' comes from the word 'puddick' which was an early word meaning pudding. While there are some other explanations, I think this is probably the most accurate one. (It does NOT refer to acne in teen-age boys.)
Love it
Your wee boy at the end, cutie 🥰

@@UncleLousKitchen 🙏
I am very grateful! Thank you! I like this flavor.
Lol just get a ice creams maker
No
Your cooking technique is wrong buddy. You are not stir frying, you are basically steaming/boiling. Onion is going to be soggy with no texture and those big ass chunks of vegetable will still be hard unless you blanched it beforehand.
Haha that's one of my first ever videos I learned so much since then
Hello, how do you detach the cabbage leaves without tearing them?
Hi Or, sorry for the late reply if you cut the base it will be easier
I’m interested in this course and a link
I would love to know how to make the oils/paste that was used. The noug/nug and the tabla/telba or hemp/flax, that was in the containers. I have made injera once from another video, the five/six day process. I have this recipe in the fridge now at day three. I would like to know the recipe for oils used in this video. Thank you for sharing this recipe.
If you add chemical X then the powerpuff girls will be born
Looks soooo gooooood 🤤
Very cool easy recipe bro.
