I'm a freelancer and working from home. I'm an ex-ofw from Abu Dhabi, UAE. My decision to go home brought me to work from home as a freelancer doing online work which is now trending and popular now all over the world. I have a flexible work and owned my time but there's always pros and cons. At the end of the day, it's you who can really decide on your fate. I really can say that I'm a survivor with all the challenges that I have been through. There's good and bad times but I know I can survive it. Pandemic brought us a lot of changes and realization that all things are possible if we decide to act on it.
We witness and hear OFW Sacrifices for Family, OFW Homesickness, OFW Inspirational Stories and OFW challenges and success. There are many challenges that OFW's faced but inspite of these, we all recognize the Filipino heroism and as modern day heroes working abroad.
