This was a really odd review to me. Aside from the glazing issue, which for the most part LV seemed to resolve, and the S-Lock being tricky, I think to call the bag “impractical” or not “user friendly” is pretty harsh. The bag definitely fits quite a large amount in it, even a water bottle included, so the compartments don’t really prevent the utilization of space. The zipper is pretty smooth to me as well, and never snags or anything when I use it. Definitely understand a bag not working for EVERYONE though, which seems to be the case for how you personally like to use your bags, but the PM is definitely popular for a reason!

Thanks for your review! It’s very helpful. Do you store your pearl crush with the chain inside the bag? I’ve seen preloved ones on fashionphile and noticed in photos that the side with the ball, the flap on that side, is more droopy and I wonder if it’s from wear or from storage.
