I'm not sure, but you can find the audio file in the skin folder, just look for 'pause-loop', it might be a .mp3 or .ogg file

Yup, start up osu! then press 'CTRL + O,' hover over the left toolbar and click 'Graphics,' scroll down a bit until you see 'Main Menu' and change 'Seasonal Backgrounds' to 'Never.' Or if you're referring to the background while playing, go to 'Gameplay' and change the Background Dim. Hope this helps!
