I do a right slam toss (the basic toss) but I keep catching it at the opposite angle. I’m not sure how to fix this.

I didn’t see the competition but if they didn’t win or at least place ima be mad that was incredible, my school never let us do rifles we practiced w couple of times and it was hard!! Yall make it look so easy and then the wya you do those flag tosses and spin around before catching it, what?!?! Every single one of yall have so much talent you must have an amazing coach!

Holy crap! Rifles are already hard but tossing them to each other and doing it on the ground?!?! This is some talent!!!

They were awesome I’m so glad someone taught them free hands! I’m so tired for watching color guard videos with people with both arms up in the air like a T. rex waiting for the flag. My coach was always on us about our free hand!

I’m trying to learn more after 2 year of not making my schools team.(how does a girl with a broken arm and an sprained elbow manage to make the team but I don’t and I have a good amount of knowledge?) but hear I am practicing every day and finally managed to do a pole hit toss. Time to learn more
