Super crispy rosettes cookies | easy and tasty Recipe
Crispy rosette cookies
These rosette cookies are light, crispy inside and outside
Ingredients:
* 3 eggs
* 300ml full-fat milk
* 1 teaspoon sugar
* Pinch of salt
* ½ cup flour
* ½ cup rice flour
* 4 tablespoons starch
* 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
For the topping:
* Powdered sugar or sugar syrup
For the sugar syrup you can get the recipe in one of my previous video : Lokma dessert

Instructions:
In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, sugar, and salt until well combined.Sift in the flour, rice flour, and starch. Gently whisk until just combined, taking care not to overmix.Heat a lightly oiled pan over medium heat. Fry them for 10 sec until golden brown. Finally for the topic you and add powdered sugar or sugar syrup.
