Just a quick clip from a day of riding. Had a lot of fun jumping it on the two and three extensions set up, this was my first attempt at the four-extension set up. Had a bit of a #fail

TTR 110 KLX Carb swap. FIX TTR110E BOG

How to fix the bog on your stock TTR 110 by swapping a stock KLX 110 carb on. Any year of KLX is fine for the swap. You'll want to swap the carb, throttle cable, throttle tube & housing. This will make a huge difference on your TTR. Make the swap and never hear that bog again. Any year of KLX 110 carb setup will work for this. Its cold blooded like every TT-R.. just let the damn thing warm up for 10 minutes..
klx carb is still way better when warmed up. Stock ttr carb is 16mm, stock klx is 18mm
Great video and bike too. Who is easy for wheelies: the ttr 110, the klx 110 or the crf 110? Some friends told me to take the klx 140, they told me that is the best for learning wheelies. What is your opinion? Thanks 👍
i think all the 110's are pretty easy to wheelie. Minor differences between them. If you had to make me choose one id say TTR cause im heavily biased 😂
Does that cause its cold. Ttr is fine once its warm.
It definitely does better when its warmed up, but its still no comparison to the KLX carb.

Where did you order the carb, cable and tube/housing from? My TTR needs this!
I got all of it used off a pitbikes Facebook page. 👌 It's way better on the TTR. F the stock carb...

@@PaulPrattRealtor nice! Get a bunch of jets for the carb to be safe and ready. Like between a 38-42 pilot and 85-105 main. I'm not sure where you are or what you have done to your TTR, but 99% sure you'll land on the 40 pilot, and between 90-105 main jet. Other jets are just nice to have on hand in case 👌

I'm going to give this a shot on my ttr. The stock carb was awful, tried getting the tusk cold start kit and didn't do a damn thing. Then I tried a Chinese vm22 and it's got lean spot at 1/4 throttle. This seems to be the best bet. Is this a legitimate klx carb or is it a knock off?
It really is an amazing swap! Opens the TTR up nicely, and yes it's a legit klx carb. 🤙 Keep an eye on my page, I should have a better version of this video up in the next few days as well. This was pretty much the first video editing I ever attempted 😂
@@fergusonpitsYTwhat kind of spacer did you use for the klx carb? I’m having air leak issues with my setup.
@@michaelcaddell8520I used the TTR spacer and cut the holes like the intake when I had that setup. Sorry for the late reply!
do you know if a 24mm mikuni will bolt up to the stock manifold on a ttr110

What year was the KLX you snatched the carb from? Guessing they are all the same maybe?
They're all the same. Jetting changes a little bit from year to year if I remember right tho. 40 pilot should be great, then somewhere between a 88-105 main depending on where you're at and anything else done to the bike. 🤙
