These are very rare, but the 2023 halloween Aston Martin Victor has a wrap that only 7k people could get. (around 100k-200k people have lusso) and you had to get the UGC with the original 2023 halloween update. Only 7k people got the UGC then, before the remaining stock was obtainable a couple of updates later when the F40 Race car came out and all 7k players where granted the wrap if they got the UGC the first time. (the stock went down to 23,000 from 30,000 i believe)
