I actually tried the tip where you press your finger in to prevent bubbling. It does work. But I suggest making it a bit flatter and then doing this.

Nice one ! Worked a treat and used them in a pilau rice dish. First time that I have cooked the skin so soft. I'm wondering if your technique would work for an aubergine cut in half. Any way, many thanks for the exceptionally useful and easy technique. Regards from sunny Spain

I thought you weren't supposed to cook burgers rare because hamburger meat has fat in it and the fact doesn't completely render Karma and can make you sick

I tried your method. It’s a good thing i put the jar in my sink to brace it. I used one beater blade - put it on low and as i put it in the jar the peanut butter started to splatter all over the sink I remained calm kept the beater in the jar and continued to beat. It would be helpful to know if I should put the beater into jar first before turning it on. I think if I did that it would not have splattered all over the sink and me. But it did mix the oil in

Do not cook your hamburger meat to less than 160 unless it’s ground from the same piece of meat. Very dangerous

Good idea to wipe that out into the garbage bin with a paper towel so that your pipes don’t get clogged with oil & build up, if you don’t have garbage disposal in your sink 😃

This is an embarrassing video. I’ve made skillet burgers and they did not look like meatballs. If you loosely pack your patties so they can breathe a little, they won’t ball up or cup. It’s perfectly fine if your patties stick to the skillet just like it would on a griddle. You just use your spatula to scrape it off and you’ll still have a nice crust. Enjoy all the bread bites on your meatball burger.
