Hygiene, patent or oropharyngeal nasopharyngeal, lung sounds. Stidor is obstruction, get help. VS return to near 10-15% of normal and monitor for vte. Heart sounds and. Neuro LOC, as time progresses should improve. Baseline prior to surgery comparative to postoperative. Sensory motor function, can breathe independently? Elevate HOB any hypotension with raising bed? I had a dehiscence 8 months after a hysterectomy for cancer.
