I just started playing, and i would like to know how do i equip a 4 star weapon "the free ones that they give you". And how do i toggle my camara/shiftlock it
To equip the weapon you will just go to "Resonators" in the menu then select the 2nd tab on the left to swap weapons, the camera setting should be an individual tab in the game settings.
I just started the game, and watching all the event are ended really annoys me. Moreover some of them are day progression locked.

Hey did you know you can go to the area "Sea of Flames" Climb all the way up the tallest skyscraper floating (there is a running challenge that will lead you in the right direction and find a free 4-star laying on the ground called Dauntless Evernight. Great video by the way!

Have you done the Alloy Smelt quest? He is apart of that quest line so until you finish it he won’t be accessible.

@itsnebarus im already union level 35 ive finished the main story already and did finished the tiger maw quest line i. even did alloy smelt but still the npc didn't spawn for me
