Orbiting a Gas Giant (Timelapse) - Starfield
I set down on this moon and looked up to see its planet dominating the horizon, so I set up a time lapse of our orbit. Full video time was about 12min.

The Krait Mk II | Faulcon DeLacy
Переглядів 3654 роки тому
"The Krait MkII is a reimagining of the Krait Lightspeeder, which was originally manufactured by Faulcon DeLacy in the 3100s. Although the new ship is larger than the original, it possesses many of the same characteristics, emphasizing speed, manoeuvrability and firepower over defensive capability. The ship also boasts a fighter bay and space for up to two crew members, making it a good option ...
WOW.
The new patch added shadows showing on planet rings from a planet’s surface and better looking suns, you should do a new timelapse :)
+1
Didn't even know that, nice that they updated it
Truly awesone! 🎉
That's some impressive piloting!
How long can you play until the Quests 2 battery is low? What do you do, when that happens in combat? Your graphics look sharp, what GPU and what supersampling do you use?
I only use the Quest 2 with a wired connection for PC games, so battery isn't an issue. I use an RTX 3070 and I think my supersampling is set to 1.25, maybe 1.5. I'm not sure it's been a long time since I've played it and even longer since I've messed with that setting.
I wanted to stay cordless so I bought BOBOVR M2 Plus Head Strap Twin Battery Combo. You can play for 2-3 hours then swap out and charge while using the spare. It does eventually drain all if you are going to play for over 6ish hours but the batteries charge fast. Alternatively You could buy a third battery and play indefinitely as you can charge 2 batteries at once on the charge station. Keep in mind you need decent WIFI bandwidth to connect to your pc wirelessly and Maybe a UA-cam guide to tweak the settings. I have had it for a year now and its a solid product.
Bro what moon is this???
I know this might be alot to ask but you should do a timelapse of the gas giant in alpha centarie. One of its moons go through the rings and the second or third one has an orbit that goes pole to pole. Truely stunning.
Do you like it.. Or would a Vkb hotas setup be better?
HOSAS vs HOTAS really comes down to personal preference. I prefer HOSAS because I mainly do combat and it makes the most sense for me in space games with 6DoF.
Bounty hunting is so much fun in this game. Makes you really appreciate your irl hardware. Rewarding space job right there :)
i have vkb gladiator hosas, but elite dangerous wont recognise that i have 2 vkb joysticks. im getting a little annoyed with it now
You got this fixed now? Cos I'm in the race for two new joysticks, for playing FA off with HOSAS, so if this can't be done with 2 x VKB, I'd like to know upfront :)
@@warnerjanveldhuis341 yes. All sorted. It was my pcs fault , not vkb's . Had to restore windows
@WarnerJan Veldhuis I highly recommend vkb nxt joysticks. I love mine. The tough grip didn't feel as sift as my old x52 pro, but quickly got used to it. Now I have all my elite dangerous controls on both joysticks and voice attacks, so I never have to take my hands off the joysticks
@@briw4647 Thanks for updating. Had me worried for a second lol.
This is a great video! Thanks for sharing o7
I Wish i Coiuld Odyssey 's Anti Alias Work Out, But Horizon's still looks good
Amazing cinematics man. Amazing.
When The Pilot gives a compliment, you are golden.
Not bad. :-)
Thank you!
quite like it, thou camera movemement needs work & the clips chosen kind of sends a more "exploration, not a ship" montage tone, still like the idea, BUT for next one, choose a brighter, more colorful locations to film in!
Thanks, Yamiks! Yeah, I was trying to highlight the multi-role aspect, and balance shots to show that, while also just showing off the looks. The music was a driving factor in what shots I wanted.
