Not all LFLs are registered on the app and site because you have to pay to register. You can build your own library or buy one on the site. The organization is a nonprofit that does valuable work in putting up LFLs in disadvantaged/low income areas. For example, the latest newsletter says they put up libraries on Native American reservations. So it's a great cause. (I am a steward, and it's a fun way to share books with neighbors.)
