You need to push though. It's a mindset game for you. Eventually things will level out and then you will start to see growth. Since you're a large channel it means it will take longer for you compared to someone with 1k subs.

That's fine. Just like you've grown as a person in 4.5 years, so has your audience. They will realize they don't align with your content anymore and that's perfectly fine. Having them unsubscribe is perfect. You just need to reset your goals, keep creating content and don't stop. The new goal is to have a break even publish day. Where you lose 0 subs. It sounds silly but you're at a level that most people won't reach. Have a 0 loss publish day and then you can rebuild from there.

I don't know what you mean? A video with 1,000 views puts you in the top 10% of UA-cam. This video was uploaded and you're finding it so it's not shadow-banned. You wouldn't see it and wouldn't be able to comment on it if it was. This is an extremely targetted video, it's not supposed to get millions of views because that's not the audience size for this topic. It's continued to grow and continued to be shared. I can see the impressions daily, which means UA-cam is still sharing this video.

It's perspective. When you focus on just the numbers it will suck, just because the numbers don't go up as quick as we want. My purpose is my business and I like experimenting with content to see how it affects my business. For some it's the process of just creating new content. Find what you enjoy.

Don't go into this looking at specific numbers for views and subs. That's the output and you have no control over this. You're new to UA-cam. Learn the process. When I say "learn", I mean actually go through the process and don't just look at tutorials. Focus on improving your skills first. When you're comfortable with creating and uploading videos. You look at two things. 1 - How do you make it better? You will never stop asking this question and it can be applied to any part of the process. Ideation, researching, scripting, recording, editing etc. 2 - Look at impressions. If you don't get impressions, you won't get views. This will be your bottleneck when starting.

Yes and no. Just being consistent by posting every Wednesday will not mean you will find success. Remember how many videos I posted? It was hundreds. Consistency does play a part. Having a process that you follow to plan videos, create, upload and review. Control as many variables as you can. When you do this consistently, it becomes more predictable.
