Iceland Vlog Day 8&9 | Why is it so HARD to say GOODBYE
The final days of our Iceland journey come to an end. We relaxed at the Blue Lagoon, then spent our last day in Reykjavík. We went to Braud and Co, went atop the church Hallgrímskirkja, and had some tasty street food.
If you're reading this, thank you SO MUCH for watching this series. As you can see, it took me a bit to finally get this all edited and posted. About 5 years in fact, which is crazy to think about. Life tried to put me down but I made my way back to my passion and I thank you for your continued support. Now let's get back to creating!

Iceland Vlog Day 7| Can't believe I got THIS shot
Переглядів 602 місяці тому
Day 7 was a pretty chill day due to the weather. We went to the store and tried some infamous Icelandic snacks. Then we cruised around the northern part of the Snæfellsnes Peninsula and got a drone shot on my bucket list! Follow me on social media! Iceland Vlog Day 6 | SO much to see in the Snæfellsnes Peninsula
Переглядів 603 місяці тому
Day 6 we travelled around up to Snæfellsnes Peninsula from Reykjavík. We stopped and tasted some natural mineral water from the Olkelda Mineral Spring; then we stopped for some photos at the infamous black church, Búðakirkja; we then headed to the tiny coastal town of Arnarstapi and Jenny walked on the edge of a cliff! We then took some photos of a pretty tall orange lighthouse, Svörtuloft Ligh...
Iceland Vlog Day 5 | The Golden Circle

The Golden Circle is a MUST when traveling to Iceland! It's close to Reykjavík and can be easily done in day. It's no wonder why it is on top of so many travel itineraries. We ate bread that was baked IN THE GROUND at Laugarvatn Fontana, then ate MORE bread at Friðheimar (a tomato-based restaurant/greenhouse). We visited Gullfoss and Geysir as well! Disclaimer: The thumbnail was NOT taken on th...
Iceland Vlog Day 4 | So many BUCKET LIST SHOTS

We spent day 4 at a few places that were on top of my list for photos I've always wanted to take. And Jenny took one of my bucket list shots! WE SAW THE NORTHERN LIGHTS FOR THE FIRST TIME EVER! Then we hiked out to the abandoned DC-3 plane wreck on Sólheimasandur, visited Dyrhólaey, found the hidden Seljavallalaug Swimming Pool, and finished the day off at two amazing waterfalls (Skógafoss and ...

Day 3 was spent around Vík, Iceland. We visited Reynisfjara Black Sand beach, a Vík church, Gljufrabui, Seljalandsfoss, and got some iconic gas station Icelandic hot dogs. This day was so much better than the last even with our tire issues. I think it happened from a F-road from the day before. Follow me on social media! Speaking as a resident to any one who comes here: 1. There is much more to the city than downtown. Seattle has many awesome small neighborhoods and communities offering sooo much more than the tourist spots. Take the time to do your research on fun things to do and see! 2. Support local! As much as people talk about Starbucks, there are MANY other options than that. A lot of residents avoid the big chain coffee place in favor of small and locally owned coffee shops. Great food and drinks for half the price! 3. It does not ALWAYS rain here like people portray it. Late spring/summer are thriving with amazing weather and there are plenty of hangouts and parks.to have a nice picnic or gathering at. Alki Beach, Ravenna Park, Golden Gardens, Gasworks, etc, etc. Again, do research on weather and park locations. 4. PARKING!! Downtown has to be the biggest hassle when parking! A lot of locals will tell tourists to take advantage of our metro system! Downloading the "ONE BUS AWAY" app on your phone will help you navigate the city better with the bus stop # on the bus schedules. Our buses are equipped wirh real time GPS to give you the exact time when a bus will arrive or is on a delay due to traffic or special events. Also, look online at King County Metro and go to the Trip Planner section to navigate the city busses and transit. It helped me when I moved here. 5. FOOD, FOOD EVERYWHERE! We literally have options for every one! Dietary restrictions? We have it! Craving bar food? Def8nitely on the horizon! Wants a quick snack? Plenty of choices there too! That is the beauty of Seattle! Food lovers galore in every part of town!

Just enjoy our city but SKIP the Chocolati Cafe. They're a Federally subsidized business that routinely refuses service to Seattle police officers. It's amazing that these people use taxpayer dollars while they spit in the face of our brave law enforcement officers.

I bought a Canon EF (Mine was made in March of 1975) a few months ago. I’ve shot 21 rolls (36) film, colour and B&W. I have a few shots left on roll No. 22. And I freaking love it. I do have a Fujifilm X-T3 but I have to say, I like using it, but I don’t love using it. Every time I think about going out to make photos, I alway go for the Canon first, the Fuji is always an after though. It does make you think about your shots, and take your time because when it’s done, it’s done, you can’t delete it if it’s crap. I shoot with Kodak Colour Gold and Portra 400, and I have a few rolls of Cinestill 800T (Don’t wonna use it until I get an 85b filter). I also shoot with Ilford HP5 for B&W. Cool video.
