That instrument you were using at the very end sounded eerily similar to the synth from the cookie factory in Scooby Doo Unmasked… you unintentionally found part of the Soundfont for that! Cool!!

Saying this as a person who started with Chrome Music Lab, Moved to Audiotool, then Beepbox, then others, then LMMS. There is almost *No Reason* to use BeepBox over PaandorasBox or Ultrabox. PaandorasBox has all the features of Beepbox, Jummbox, and a few others (Experimental PaandorasBox does not work that well). UltraBox also has all of Beepbox's features and more, but I've never used it. Furthermore, as long as you can figure out how to load a soundfont into LMMS (It's not that hard), it far surpasses any form of Beepbox, and you can even load the soundfont for Jummbox (Which includes Beepbox) into LMMS. I used BeepBox, Jummbox, and PaandorasBox for a long time, and I can say that PaandorasBox overshadows both of them due to having the features of each of them. And to this day I still use LMMS, it has a very simple interface as a glorified piano roll with all effects and other stuff being in the instrument menu aside from instrument volume, panning, and note volume. LMMS' keybinds are also extremely easy to learn as long as you know a lot of the stuff you can do is from control/control drag. Though the interface for LMMS can be intimidating and it's more complicated with how some people use it (Using the beats editor, which I cannot comprehend being a viable thing to do), so PaandorasBox is better for beginners, but should be left as soon as you are capable of using LMMS to it's potential.

I had never heard of Chrome Music Lab or Beepbox before. Been needing something simpler than LMMS or Reaper to cut my teeth on to fully grasp music composition, so this was very helpful.

There's some things you forgot to mention about BeepBox: 1) There's mods of it (my personal fave is midbox) 2) There's more customization stuff, like adding or removing beats and tracks and other stuff 3) Sliding notes and dynamics And more!

Beepbox is such a good website. I have made many songs with it and they are all certified bangers (to me at least)
