Every year on the 1st of May, the city of Norrköping comes alive with the sound of thunder as hundreds (apparently between 400-600 on the best years) of classic American cars roll through town. The majority are from the 50's and 60's, but there's usually a wide variety with a little bit of everything. There's usually even some old Volvos, VW Beetles and such too. Not to mention the hundreds of motorcycles that also ride through on the same day and usually go before the cars (missed them sadly, but I did hear them!)

Thorn in My Side with the top down in the rain is a lot of fun, especially in a '68 Cadillac! This is one of my favourite things I have seen in Sweden. Reattaching the inner door panel from the right rear door of a Skoda Fabia Mk I (6Y 1999-2007). A broken rear side window left a huge pile of glass inside the door and the only way to 'easily' remove it was to take the entire panel off. See my previous video where I go over the removal process. This video focuses on putting the panel back on and replacing the factory seal.

I really dislike they put rivets there instead of screws. Also it's pretty funny how some failures are just same for every Škoda Fabia out there once it reaches some age. It all ages the same. I believe sealing the doors is something which needs to be done in every Fabia mk1 once it reaches some age. Fortunately it seems to be pretty well designed car overall. No real big issues and the engine is going strong. Oh and the repairs are easy and cheap. The rust is what kills mk1 Fabia in the end unfortunately.
The rivets really are awful. I have had two of these mk1 Fabias and they both had the same small issues for the most part, especially the rust as you say. I agree with you there, a fairly well designed functional, practical and cheap car which is relatively easy to work on. A friend of mine was on the hunt for just such a car (functional, practical and cheap) and I recommended the mk1 Fabia. He just purchased one and is very happy with it.

Thank you! Well I don't really sound like Michael Dorn at all haha, I just find certain voices easier than others. Listening to this after all these years, my Picard makes me cringe but it was mostly for filler to give my Worf something to work with.
