I love this! I tried the 75 hard challenge and I only lasted about 20 days but I had a lot going for myself and it was just a struggle to keep up but you calling it the 75 soft challenge is so beautiful because it encourages you to do your thing without beating yourself up if you slip cuz that was my issue. I'm really gonna consider doing the same thing on my channel. I have to get mentally focused though. My goal is to lose weight in a way that feels natural without any guilt if I have something that's not exactly nutritious. But best of luck to you!!! I'm definitely gonna go ahead and follow your journey!!!

Im so sorry that you had to experience the fibroids in the first place, but I am so glad to hear that the recovery is going well. Of course there will be things that are gonna persist but im hoping this will lead to much less pain for you in the long run.

So happy your surgery went well. I’ve never seen that pain pump before. I feel your pain on coughing, coughing and sneezing was the absolute worse when I had my C-section. This will be helpful to so many people.

I found out i had fibroids when i was trying to concieve my first child. My doctor also brushed me off when i would complain of pain. It caused me so many problems mentally and physically. This is why i try to eat healthy to avoid it.
