THE SENTINEL MINDSET Podcast
Приєднався 18 сер 2021
With so much competition in the workplace, one thing alone can make the difference between failure and success. YOUR MINDSET.
How do you handle adversity, setbacks, failures, and challenging moments? A poor mindset will yield poor results - even if you are the best and most qualified in the room.
Adversely, a good attitude will yield good results. Having a winning mentality, one that is built to withstand the ups and downs of life will keep you on track to increase your chances of success - even if you aren’t the best and most qualified in the room.
Tune into ‘The Sentinel Mindset’, where we look in the mirror to make real changes, and explore what it takes to achieve greatness in your craft.

DEI.. why are l these police officers East Indian… what’s the current recruiting policy
Incredible content. So helpful.
@@samarsyal3811 good luck if you’re applying.
I followed Constable Azeez’s advice and was transparent and honest in my application and it didn’t do me any favours. They declined me for all the wrong reasons. Any suggestions?
Female / black / visible disability (mental illness) prior to joining.. you got the job.. White male with 15 years of military service.. operational tours. No thank you
How much did the best weigh?
@@beliadorsa9661 20 lbs.
Yo, if the arses had half a brain they'd pick up a former hustler like me but they burned that bridge when they beat the shit out of me and made me sign a ndo. Stay safe officers.
The OPP are more CORRUPT than the RCMP. PEOPLE!! PLEASE DO NOT USE THE POLICE SERVICES it’s way more safer that way. You could find yourself in trouble don’t bring the heat to you. It’s never about your safety it’s all about officer safety. They are all above the law and expect you to lick their boots anytime you deal with the police. By the way I have no facts to back up what I say it’s just my opinion. The way the police park anywhere they want. If you confront these pigs you can expect some sort of retaliation.
Bunch of international students there bro wtf
Why each police service pays different and why Toronto police pays slightly higher than others .
I love this, I made this my goal for 2025, I missed my shot in 2024 but 2025, it's my year.

Don't take your foot off the gas
Why would u want be a cop in a liberal shithole. Criminals have more rights.
Here's the problem with the rcmp. I am a big believer in the rule of law and keeping canadians safe. So you might get lucky and end up investigating drug smugglers or sex traffickers, but one day you'll be asked to knock on the door of some person who used mean tweets or was protesting the government for legitimate reasons. And you'll have to make that decision to take an order to victimize a person you were swore to protect, or turn in your career.
Bring this amazing guy on again.
I guess the fitness standards are minimal now.. and the DEI hahahaahhahahaah absolutely embarrassing to say this guy is a police officer is an absolute embarrassment.. look at the state of this guys uniform.. un ironed uniform. Beard unkept.. boots FML does this guy work in rural Nunavat
I really appreciate your videos, they’re very helpful, and I have gained knowledge I wouldn’t have known otherwise if it wasn’t for your videos, good work!

Interesting.💯 Would love to hear someone from the CAF
I knew it. Just before you said it I knew you were talking about Cole Haan. 😅. I bought a pair 2 months ago. Grand Wingtip Oxfords. Soft as a running shoes, brogue style. Perfect.
@@Pimpi1980g nice. They are great shoes.
hi good morning in Malaysia time 10am. I am using size 11uk. thanks bos 😁
six years, the standards are incredibly high, despite his work background. wow
I want LESS diversity and inclusion and more “best person for the job”
If you’re in the US legally. Then you’re an American plain and simple. All opportunities should be available to the best qualified applicants no matter what flavor American they are. If you’re looking for special accommodations and treatment because of your color or sexual preference then that can be your choice and best of luck to you. You can dedicate your life to searching for it.

I am a size 11 as well! Trying to get into the OPP and these videos are a blessing. Much love.
Glad these videos are helping! Good luck with the OPP.
Inspiring as an aspiring Police Constable myself.
I am a size 11 sir 😊
Congrats. Please email info@sentinelsecurityplus.com your full name and mailing address and will send over the shoes.
Great video, love to hear a podcast on Tps auxiliary
This was a super helpful video. Thank you so much for this upload!
What a joke. He doesn’t even know how to properly explain what his equipment can do and how it’s used. So besides NOT KNOWING the Laws or our Rights the cops don’t even know how their equipment works. It’s not that difficult to explain officer unless you were never properly trained. Oh wait, you probably weren’t trained properly as per usual.
what did he missed?
This man has a perfect attitude and it sounds like he has a good upbringing we need men like him on our law enforcement
#cujocoolette
I think regardless of the presence of a firearm in a store (either police or armed security) would not stop these robberies. the 'backstop' to discharge a firearm would be a nightmare! the justice system needs a desperate overhaul in general to stop actions such as smash and grab robberies.
I've never heard a company bring up a bill rate before... It used to be that security companies would sell their own family members in order to get a contract signed. I have said for years (and Steve has agreed with me many times) you get EXACTLY what you pay for in a guard! Great podcast though. I enjoyed watching it very much.
thank you bringing this podcast. although i would like to see ERT side of RCMP if you can bring up that would be really cool.
I agree
Did he just say 2 mags??
Excellent explanation of this rewarding and challenging career. I’m so happy and proud of my son to join this excellent organization
Names buba I'm readings what I'm told to’s

Surprisingly not a lot of teams use 556.
He is a boy larping. If he was a man he’d join the military.
I feel secondhand embarassment rn lol wtf is going on here and why was this recommended to me
You interacter with something slightly similar for a period of time.
Bud sounds like he may have just read everything he told you
