Shazam has been in the park since the early 80s. It started out up where Ninja is, and it was called the USA Express for awhile then it was just the US Express. When they moved it to it's current location, it was still the Spanish section of the park so it was called El Toro Bravo and when it became the DC section they changed it to Shazam.
