Thank you for sharing those comments and information I was talking to a friend of mine last evening and I was telling her how I was working on mindfulness and she said no I'm working on the opposite I'm working on mindlessness and I found that to be quite odd but as I listen to her she's defined mindlessness is not allow me any thoughts that was not necessary or conducive to what she felt was necessary into her thought pattern wow I thought well that sounds like mindfulness but I didn't rebuttal or debated I just listened so it made me think as you're talking about mindlessness and as I was listening to her talking about mindlessness I came to the conclusion she's just defining her own interpretation of what mindlessness is which seems to be close to mindfulness however I don't want to be confused I want to work on clearing my head of those thoughts that just jump in periodically and yes they used to tell me when I was younger in school that I did dreams a lot I guess that's something like being mindlessness what do you have to say about that I look forward to hearing your comments cuz I really need to stop my mind from Winery and stay focused on the task at hand most of the time if not all of the time thank you

Just a curious question. Do you see advantages to focusing on the number you're on rather than on the breath as the anchor?

I think there are a hand full of myths out there, like mindfulness as a panacea for the modern life, or even it making one mellow.
