I purchased GM size online. They packed it in a super small LV box so it came looking lumpy and wrinkled at the bottom. It seriously looked horrible. I switched it at my local LV store and the new one looks great. Thank goodness for these videos because it helps us know what the item should look like when it arrives.

Excellent bag from the website mzybay.com it took me a while to decide but I'm glad I did. Life's so much easier, I just wished I brought the median instead of the small one. Still, all is right by me.
