Nice man that’s a biggem!!’n
Nice job guys
Heck yeah that’s a good looking beaver . Is it more of a hobby for you or does the fur bring a decent price nowadays? I trapped long ago and enjoyed it
@@dannyknapp515 it’s a hobby. I take care of the nuisance beavers around the roads and trails
Can i come up, hang a few days, and fallow your daily life? I could film for my channel, The Croziers From Maine
Do you skin your animals?
My hunting hero!
Those clouds in the background are amazing
Here in Minnesota….my family likes to get on the down wind side of a cut (Chopin) as you refer to it, and wait for the buck to work the edge and smell for does. That way they can cover a lot more ground by using there noses (if that makes sense). Especially early in the morning when does are moving toward cover. My Grandfather migrated from a little town called Daigle, Maine real close to the Canadian border in the early 1900’s and worked in various logging camps in Minnesota as for a payroll clerk and scaler. I have retired now after a 50 year logging career and 60 years of deer hunting.
@@clearcutewt4478 it’s the same here. The bucks cruise the edges of the cuts trying to sniff out a doe.
Damn, that Bull really didn't like you being there. He definitely thought about playing tough guy for a minute.
Great stuff. I’ll be waiting for early spring to get back to beaver trapping. Great to see you catching fur!
Man I'd love to come hang out with you all just for day or two. I'd film myself.
Nice video. Little different from your hunting ones!! You gotta register otters if you catch one here in Michigan
@@whitetailwarriorsdeercamp88 ours have to be tagged by fisheries and wildlife as well
Thank you for sharing my friend!
Love your channel
Nice job
Oooooman looks killer!!! How’s space at your lodge?
@@outercapebugs lodge sleeps 6 comfortably with 2 full baths.
Nice! You have ice. We still have open water on Sabago lake down on southern Maine.

@@whitetailwarriorsdeercamp88 really appreciate it guys! Maybe one day I’ll make it out your way
Awesome video!! Enjoyed it like all your videos. Some beautiful country over there
Good couple hounds you have.
Nice video. You definitely know what your doing. Any deer you guys get you earn it no doubt about that. I tried doing this couple times but I make to much noise. Thanks for taking us along
Thanks for all the videos. Curious, what is your setup? Rod size and line wt.?
@@chrismason4483 I mostly use a 8 1/2’ 6 weight for flies and streamers. My nymphing rod is a 10 1/2’ 3 weight
That bull was lucky he got pretty damn close man! Hope all is well happy new year
Happy New Year! The cows will come back into heat if they weren’t bred in October, so the bulls can be ignorant sometimes.
@ ok that makes sense he was stubborn as shit
@ blind bastards sure can be assholes
Silly moose. Pop tarts and rap what have we become? We got some snow the other day, tracked a big set of tracks from my house for almost an hour, he had been eating carrots and old pumpkins in our scrap pile/compost. this was Christmas morning. Fun to see where they go, he followed an old rub line of about 6 hookings on small trees, a couple he still rubbed on as evidence of fresh bark flakes on the snow. He made a little circle and came back to the compost pile. Its tough when its wet like that, at least it ain't crunchy... until it freezes up.
Great video man. Thanks
That’s a slammer ! Congratulations 🦌
Good effort! 🦌they don’t come easy that’s for sure
I live in Errol,NH and that area you hunted was an area that looks like the same area I have hunted my whole life.
Thanks for the videos. I really enjoyed them. I need to travel upstate, your way, next year.
Love your content because it’s real hunting. I passed a quite a number of smaller bucks this season looking for a good buck . That’s how it goes sometimes here in NS.
There's always next year. Look forward to the season break down and thanks for all your great content. I really enjoy watching the tracking videos.
looked like a pretty good season . looking forward to next year.
