Brothers who are demotivated listen this my height was 5,9 till 17 start and I was overweight but as i started sprinting to reduce weight and skipping ropes my weight lost and probably at the end of 17 I went to 5,10 and then i reached my fathers height of 5,11 at 18 start and then all due to allah it has been 4 months since i reached my fathers height now my height is 6,2 i say 6,3 to people just for fun but its actually 189 cm this could be because my great grandpa was 6,3 but for context my mom is 5,2 and my cousin have better genetics they only reached 6,0 almost like 182 and with bad genetics i reached 6,2 proper diet + routine will give you that
