My Grandparents had a condo down in Tampa Bay and we used to go down to Busch Gardens every time I visited them. This was one of my favorite rides, I used to get absolutely DRENCHED on this ride even with a poncho. 😂 I used to just scream 😱 and pee myself laughing 😂It was so much fun.

Back in the 80s there were 2 log flumes that intertwined with each other. Both flumes went in between trees that made you feel like you were in the tree tops. Since they were close to the gate, we would always squeeze in one last rdie in the dark. If I remember corrrectly one of the drops had a large lumberjack with an axe. Its not as good with the trees gone. Thanks for posting.

When you go to Six Flags in August and the temp is 95+ you pray to get wet!! Fun ride, second only to Thunder River

Nice video! You captured almost every nook and cranny. It was nice to see some outside footage as well. Just to correct some things: This mall is much newer. It opened in the early 90s. Oglethorpe Mall is older and opened in the 1960s. Also, Oglethorpe is not struggling. It is nearly completely full of stores and big-name stores at that. The empty Sears was inevitable due to the issues Sears as a company has faced the past few years. Sears is almost extinct, but apartments are planned to be built at the former Sears at Oglethorpe Mall. I'll really miss Savannah Mall. The sudden decision to kick everyone out and close caught everyone off guard.

I used to live in Savannah and remember this mall well! I lived downtown and this mall was just too far to get to. Its odd that the anchors are there but all the interior shops are closed.
