Apologies for the delayed response and thanks for all the love given to my storytelling and this video. Here are all the details that have been asked in most of the comments: 1. Firstly, I went in April 2024. I mentioned the dates at multiple places in the entire video par pata ni log bina dekhe kyu puchne lag jaate hain😭 2. I booked the trip through this website: unciatrails.com/tour/kedarkantha-trek/ (Trip my Soul) The price was 6500 from Dehradun to Dehradun in which I paid 1000 rupees as token money while booking and the remaining 5000 on reaching Dehradun. Stay, Travel and Food was included in this. Price was a little high that time since it was off season but you should get it cheaper in December till February. I would highly recommend checking other agencies like Thrillophilia or Himalayan Trekkers since you might get a bigger bunch of folks. My experience with this agency was not the best. 3. Since I did not want to carry a lot of luggage hence I rented most of the things in Sankri like: Boots (500), Jacket (500), Raincoat(150) and head Torch(150) which in total costed me around 1200-1300. I would recommend renting them as the normal boots and jackets do not work in negative temperature. Also, the prices are very nominal. Apart from these things, they provided spikes and getters without charges which you wear below the boots when you walk in snow to get better grip. 4. My total expense was around 20k from Hyderabad to Hyderabad. Breakup: - Flights from Hyderabad to Delhi and returning: 10k (5k each side) - Train from Delhi to Dehradun and returning: 1.5k (for 3rd AC) - Remaining around 6.5k for the trek - Rented things: 1k - Remaining food and shopping expenses in Dehradun and Delhi: 1k Lastly, watch this video to get the entire details of the trek. It's a little long but you'll get to know everything.
