Under load the battery's voltage sags. The voltage will climb again slightly when the battery's load is removed.

i think this is a great video but the atom is more reliable chaper and has taller handle bars whitch is more important than 3 or 4 mph for me also if you have the same amount for a dragster you can put 400 dollers into upgrades
