What's the difference between a regular rush tower room and the tranquility room?

The building next to the casino, is the new hotel Tower. This is all part of the rebranding to Caesars New Orleans.

Sorry but I have one last question, I'm reading several reviews where they say a "con" of staying at the hotel is everything smells like smoke. Is smoking allowed in the rooms/on the property? Thank you! We need smoke free, so it may be better to stay at another location.

Looks like a nice room. The Horseshoe in Bossier City looks like a beautiful property but seems dated. I hope they will remodel it at some point. Are the slot machines tight there? 🎰
