Had the revox online variant but that stopped working and got no support, got this shipped from his eBay in 3 days! Apart from soldering the wire it’s easy enough. The other tape counter was counting with diodes and reflective tape and was a pain in the a€€ to setup and adjust. Only small downside of this is the brightness of the display. Otherwise I’m very very pleased with it!

KEF Reference 3 has a low frequency response designed to be placed close to the wall. DXT-MON-182 has more bass. They are too close to the wall, hence the excess.

KEF way easier on my ear with the treble, yet the voice hanging in the air is kinda same (beginner here). Also bass on the kef feels more effortless
