As said in the video this build was mad3 before EP was put in the game. Plus this a yellow build.
Try the Bluescreen LMG with this build, specially when in group for support the team. Actually you made me wanna try ut myself. My Ongoing Directives Bluescreen Vile mask Glass Cannon which im using for the past year, is now the most powerful team support build after the buffs and Modifiers.

Why wouldn't you just run future initiative? Why wouldn't you run overwatch? Empathic resolve is still bis btw. I understood that this isn't necessarily a "bad " build as far as skill support builds go, its just very outdated. Are you a newer player?

I guess you get the gear he was talking about from the iron horse raid and it pretty much does everything your build can do just higher numbers. Which is wierd because we came up with this build... then they nerfed the ever living hell out of it, and then they came out with a set piece that does the same thing?? Watta heck ubisoft....!?!? Still though this build isn't something to scoff at AAAAAND you don't have to farm the raid to get it. In fact this build is incredibly easy to farm for and it still does work.
