    Thank you Peggy. I have been using your book The Core Program for over a decade and recommended it to family, friends and fellow fitness instructors. The Core Foundation is part of my daily routine. I stay with it anytime I have hurt my back. Even though, at first after an injury, it has been hard to get up and down off the floor it has always been worth it. So glad to have the support of the floor and the Core Foundation, as I work my way back to full mobility. I recently hurt my back trying a new test exercise, not yours. It was moving from an upright position to sitting cross legged on the floor, without using your hands, and getting back up without using hands or knees. The latter was how I hurt myself. I would recommend a spotter. Thanks to the Core foundation, I am not in pain and moving back to normal range of motion. When fully back, this time, I want to work up to doing the second and eventually the third levels, daily. Love your book and programs and this self test screening. Thanks Pat MacNeil

    Hi Peggy, you are a wonderful PT, which I know from experience. My sister recently returned to your Core book, and said the exercises helped her sore hip a lot. So I looked you up. I think it's incredibly generous of you to share you experience and how to help yourself heal after a car accident. I wish you the best.

    Thank you for your self test. This was very enlightening- some areas are great and others need help for sure! Would like a suggested daily routine exercise to strengthen core muscles.

    After therapy baby can be same as other or it can make quite different than other baby it will make difficult in future..........

    I'm so very sorry to hear about what happened to you! It could happen to any one of us :-( I remember calling you a month after 9/11. Knowing the location of your business, and knowing about your many Morgan Stanley clients, I debated whether or not to call, but I had your book and really wanted to use it and needed to ask a couple of questions...so I called. I could sense the tension in your voice, but you were gracious and answered all my questions. I've never forgotten talking to you and knowing how much you went through at that time. I have a friend who has always had a Mercedes and swears by them. I will never be able to afford one (retired and almost 73 at this point). I know that none of us can predict anything like this, or prevent it entirely by just our own (hopefully) safe driving practices. So seeing you have to go through it makes all of us know how vulnerable we are. Thank you for sharing your experience and God bless you! I pray for your entire recovery, knowing that you will use whatever you have learned to help others in your practice!!
