Hi, Matthew. I found your videos on the Green Fig Resort in St Lucia, and they were very helpful. We are looking into reasonably priced hotels for a couple nights with views of the Pitons in St Lucia, to end our trip after an all inclusive beach stay on the North side of the island. Could you share which hotel you had a bad experience at? You mentioned it, but I couldn't find the video with details. Thanks!

The biggest issue looks like the structural support of the main beam and the 2x4 posts. Otherwise, it looks pretty good, even electricity. Good luck on your renovation.

Lol. Welcome to owning a Maine camp. Mine is more of a cottage, which is the proper Maine term for an upscale camp. Mine came with all lots of odds and ends, too, including electric, septic system, and that amazing Maine scenery and sunsets. Find a local to work on it, and he'll probably know the history. I learn something new about the history of my camp every time someone comes to work on it.

The BMW with Rabbits teeth grill is one of the worst looking front fascia of any car. This Lexus in the video is comfortable, dependable and whatnot. But the ES 350 sedans from 2007-2012 are frankly even more comfortable.

FYI in the event of a low keyfob battery, you can just place your fob against the START button while you press the button and the car should still start

It might even have Bluetooth to listen stuff from phone. My Ford had it and it was 2012. I now have 2024 Rav4 prime because cottage road. I need some ground clearance.
