@binatangmakasalanan It's a Kilt It's the Scottish traditional man's clothes that basically goes back to battle dress of Alexander the Great, the Greeks and that of the Romans skirts w/ armor. Only men are supposed to wear Kilts, but society has changed since the days of Medieval Kings wearing them where Women always wore dresses. Like in the Pilippines Traditional male dress is the Barong that has changed over the years too!
