Are there no tax records on the revenue? shouldn’t that have been a question you all asked yourselves when you began this whole process. It seems like a thoughtless hasty decision.

7:57-Because you specifically stated that public comment was not allowed! 9:27-Then how was there a press release released moments after the decision with quotes from Tim Field? Where is the press release that was supposedly created for the Barberides? 10:30-What about the call to the Barberides shortly after the decision saying they had 30 days to vacate? The township directly contradicts this statement at 39:46. 14:20-So you voted on a decision to ruin a business and decide on a proposal without knowing which business was more successful? 14:30-So you didn’t know there were two leases to two businesses and we are supposed to trust you to make these decisions? 14:54-Yes you do! It’s called taxes and rent! Sales tax, property tax, income tax. So incompetent... 15:15-So you made a decision without reviewing the financials of the two businesses??!? Unbelievable. 20:25-Why won’t the township release the proposals for public view? 20:39-Yea he did! This is a blatantly and verifiably false statement 24:42-So basically your answer to why you decided to extend once during the pandemic but not twice (even though the pandemic is still raging) is just “because you want to”??? 39:46-Town manager says she told the Barberides they had 30days to be out of the premises. 51:50-More half-truths from the township come to light. Township tried to claim that the farm didn’t pay rent because they made “like-kind” investments. But that only covered the first 10years. The last 10years the farm has been had rent-free. Took a citizen to hold their feet to the fire on that. 54:00-Your own manager just stated she told them 30days! Utter incompetence or willful lying, only options here. 54:35-20,000 signatures on a petition would suggest otherwise 56:04-So the township admits that it made its decision without taking into account financial considerations and business viability but instead some vague “this is what Pop Styer would want” 59:04-Township claims they were put in a position where they had to choose. Demonstrably FALSE. The township could have offered to extend leases for at least 12months to get through the pandemic and CHOSE not to do so! 1:00:24-There was an outcry of support because the township was COMPLETELY NON-TRANSPARENT about the process....and continue to be 1:00:48-What’s not fair is having a sham process with a predetermined decision dressed up as “due diligence” 1:00:55-You really took it seriously huh? That’s why the Barberides had to force you to give them an interview? Ok.... 1:01:35-Doesn’t mean it has to be done in the middle of a pandemic! 1:02:58-MORE contradictions (surprise surprise). Town manager says that the lease had a 5 day vacate period but at 39:46 she claimed it was a 30 day vacate order. Which is it?! 1:07:15-One last time for good measure the chairman lies about not knowing where the 30days came from when his own town manager just admitted 30min prior she told the Barberides it was 30days.
