Ah yes. We just need to try harder. Not like... Their houses cost pennies or anything
2008 :(
Not a great time period
The second.
First. A house needs a face and identity. First one does, second is just tired and clumsy.
2nd
Second one.
The second one is physically bigger than I would like, but I like the shape and details of it better. I like the protruding entry and the shutters. Plus the second floor patio is nice!
#1 is perfect for me
It is a good style
The 2cd
1st home, it just feels more classic and homey 😊

1st one hands down
I agree
2nd
Same house; neither 😂

I would take the 2nd one

Rooftop deck? Yeah I'll take the second one.
Great feature

2 one looks like Amonwyvill horror house 😊
1st one hands down. Roof is easier to work on will always be cozy and people generally look for this to buy
Definitely has that cozy vibe
I would choose the second home, because I hate the old-fashioned barn style roofs. I think they look tacky.
the first. i think it looks more interesting, rather than the 2nd house.
1st is definitely more unique especially in MA
definitely. it’s more unique because of the different angles, and the type of entrance it has. which most houses don’t have. and a lot of these houses cost so much… close to where i live, you see a lot of the same houses and the same style they build them in a whole lot. i know it’s to save resources, but it’s kind of sad. a more interesting house would definitely brighten up the neighborhood.
2nd home

Got that right
I was surprised to see another place called Shrewsbury I’m from Shrewsbury England
@@foxgaming5827 New England steals a lot of town names from England haha
ummmm there is really nothing there it's in the middle of no where .
@@631michaelangelo there is quite a lot in Leominster and the surrounding area
The Burton Training complex is a wonderful spot for youths to get some positive reinforcement and a better outlook to life and their future. Ray Burton Jr is a great man and maintains this lovely 300 acre property. Central Massachusetts is a great area and a hidden gem from the brighter gems like metro Boston and Cape Cod. Hubbardston is a great example of this. Gardener is rich in history and was once a fantastic place to buy well built expensive American made furniture. There are close areas for shopping and dinning and great proximity to major ski resorts in neighboring states as well as in state. Most of the land out here unfortunately can't be built on due to either conservation land, streams and rivers and rocky ledge and granite making excavating a nightmare, very time consuming and a expensive task. My assumption is that's why it was never over developed especially being close to Worcester. So if you love Western Massachusetts but want more of a developed area to do various things without driving over 30 mins. Central Massachusetts is a great alternative especially from the over populated metro Boston, Bristol, Middlesex and Norfolk counties.
Love this. Central MA is definitely a great area
And it has the lake in Lunenburg, Gets packed and great vibe... And beautiful woman...
This logic doesn't fit all situations. Some areas in the US have higher volume of selling house and others don't. Some areas have a lot of rentals for sale so the volume of houses for sale doesn't reflect houses for sale that are livable for available buyers.
I see what you’re saying
Used to be a nice Happy little town, now it's a money pit, it's all about money. That's why I moved away. I mean who else charges there a fee when it rains??? Unbelievable. Someone got a good pay raise.
Who else charges the community because it's raining out??? SHREWSBURY. absolutely awful to do that to the people who live in shrewsbury.
@@jas350 when do you move?
I went to Lunenburg back in May 2021. My first cousin who owned Bangkok Hill restaurant, passed from covid. Had to take care of his affairs. I wondered what happened to the establishment now. Anyhow the homes in Lunenburg, Fitchburg and Leominster are scary looking. They all look haunted.
First off, my condolences to you for your cousin. I’m so sorry to hear that. As for the homes in those towns, I bet you’re thinking of the old colonials and Victorians
maybe black rock is buying all single family homes so you all have to rent HAHAHA
to be fair most people spend a lot of time doing research before they actually buy the property so I don't think capturing and retaining an online viewer's attention is as important as providing as much info as possible
You’d be surprised how little research some buyers do before wanting to put in an offer
The pictures to me should start wide at the house front, moving toward the front door and then entering, move around the interior with flow in mind, then exit the back door with more exterior and landscape shots.
@@RickSolid1 you sound like a real estate photographer lol

@@jakeboucher_re Jake, You are working hard to make videos. And your video topic is also very good. You put a lot of effort behind a video Like video shooting, video subject selection and video editing. But in the end if this video doesn't reach people then your hard work will be in vain. Great town to do it in
Went to Leominster, Fitchburg and Lunenburg back in May 2021 for two weeks. First cousin who owned Bangkok Hill in Lunenburg passed away. Had to go take care of business and bring his remains back to California. The cities are beautiful. Love the trees but the colonial homes and buildings look very creepy and haunted.
Sorry to hear about your cousin. But yes, New England homes are definitely unique
I grew up on Main Street.
That’s cool! Shrewsbury is a nice town
I'd rather have a colonoscopy... Every day.

Great, old fashioned town
I agree
