I'm also feeling awful about ai. I haven't made much art in months. I'm trying to get out of this funk. I can't remember if I've commented this before but I found your art years and years ago and have been following along since. You're one of the artists that really inspired me to be an artist myself. We gotta keep going and keep making stuff. They can't replace us. Real tangible art will always be so important and necessary. Thank you for being here and for making art. I saw one of your old interviews and I related to some of the things you said about what you're expressing in your art. Somewhat similar upbringing and experiences I think. Wow. You captured the creepiness of them really well. I bet those sugary colours were fun to use. I loved the videography as well, which I thought really added to the whole atmosphere. RUN ON SENTENCE UP AHEAD. . . It's amazing how rough (and kinda painful) a painting can start but once it's finished it feels good to see the end results become something that doesn't make you want to whipe it out with a coat of paint and start all over. Your work is messing with my head cause you once said you paint in acrylic. These look like oil paint. Beautiful ❤️
