or you just didn't pay attention. you're scrolling through hundreds or thousands of videos TODAY. the point of the video was pricing structure. you need to figure out your customer acquisition costs, and then structure your offering in a way that guarentees you 1. break even, 2. double that acquisition cost (to ensure your next customer), & 3. profit. for him I'm his example that 250%. 100% is breaking even obviously, 200% ensures the cost of the next customer is covered, & the extra 50 is profit. 250%.

That's not what he's talking about. Imagine you own a bar. You are running facebook ads to get people to come to your bar. You know that each customer that comes to your bar will earn you $100 in the next month. Problem is that it costs $50 to acquire that customer. That basically means that you have to pay $50 in facebook ads until your ad will convince your ideal customer to buy (people need to see your ad multiple times to make a decision). So if you want to get 10 customers, you spend $500. But problem: the customers will come to the bar at the end of the month, and this is only the begining. So you now have -$500. Customer financed acquisition means that you sell them something from the ads even BEFORE they come to the bar. For example, a bottle of your house wine worth $120 (that costs you $20 to make). So what happens is that when customers buy that wine, they already paid for THEIR acquisiton, as well as the acquisition of your next customer. And then they ALSO come to the bar. And now you no longer have to worry about ads budget. If you run $10000 in ads, you get $15000 back even BEFORE you sell them your core offer. Hope it helps

no you're just dumb lol. idk if you're dumb, but you're not paying attention either way. his customer doesn't literally bring him his next customer. he needs to make enough money off each customer to cover the cost of advertising it takes to get his next customer.

so he calculated it costs him $100 in advertising to get this customer, he needs to make $250 off of him. $100 to break even on the advertising he did, $100 to put into more ads to get the next customer, & $50 for whatever the product is.
