I got out of a toxic friendship recently. Somebody who has been my friend for 4 years was spreading rumors about me behind my back. It still hurts but I know that losing contact is the best decision I could take. I just got home from school. I overheard him calling me some nasty things to his friends and gossiping about me. He was the last person who I would have expected this from. But even though I'm sad and still trying to accept this fact, I'm also greatful to have him out of my life. There's less negativity and the things he does hurts me less than they used to. I just hope things get better moving forward. This playlist helped me cheer up thank you <3

I came here because of the art and the title...! thank you so much! it a delicate balance of doing things for you and remembering you matter (I am a people pleaser learning to balance not begin one) but also not Begin to selfish, but stating true to myself. Sometimes the pressure of masking or the sensitive disforia es too high, or de feeling of not letting down someone you care deeply..... wile is right to not letting other down, it doesn't have to be all the time. we already put so much pressure in ourselves, and extra pressure in certain situación, people or environments of our life's does more hurt than good.

Broke up with someone i thought was goid unyil theur dark side cane out and i became a target. Im sad its over, but not sad the drama and confusion are gon.e . I know its not so much that i miss him so much as how he made me feel about myself and how relaxed i could be .. one day i hope i find my safe space. But if he was it, then in goid with being alone. This music helps me think a lot. Ill be okay in time. Just sad now.

I really needed something light and uplifting... These past few days have been incredibly hard for me... My great grandmother passed away on the 10th and my 10 week old puppy died earlier today... I feel so isolated and alone going through this life I’ve been going to college and work and I have no social life I got heartbroken from someone I met when I was 19 and I can’t seem to get over it I just keep trying to pray I’ve been used abused and neglected at such a young age I promise the universe I am trying to get through each hour I am loving myself and it just seems to get worse in this isolation I hope one day things will change all I can do is go to college work and pray at the end of the day that this life gets better

I'm really trying not to live for others, but I just don't find myself important enough. What's the use of building my self and life up if not to share and experience it with another? If it's all just for me what's the point? I'm a bit more comfortable? So what, why does that even matter? Living for myself and myself alone just feels empty. I don't get true satisfaction out of achievements or accomplishments, I care more about knowing that someone else also cares for me as much as I for them. That I made a difference in someone's day by just being me, because they do that for me. sorry for the rant, thanks for coming to my Ted Talk 🙏
