1:26 The struggle is real brother! :) Should look into an alligator clamp for your camera. They're super inexpensive I think I paid around fifteen bucks for mine. The clamp has a twelve inch articulated arm that lets you put the camera in any position. Super nice looking exhaust setup! I bet it's gonna sound GREAT!!

Nice video bro! Question on the tire rubbing? Is it not possible to put a bump stop somewhere to keep the tire from traveling so far that it damages itself and or your fender? I KNOW you're a handy guy and I'm betting GOOD money that you could MacGyver a fix either temp or permanent. I have faith in you!! :)

Seat cover and some gorilla glue on the front bumper and you've got the high points covered as far as looks. Speakers and radio are easy enough to come by.. and as you said.. junk yard haul and you'll have the drivers door back up to speed. You might get away with rubbing compound and elbow grease with all the light covers as they're pretty faded due to Cali sun. Otherwise you could drop in some super clear LED's all around. Once again.. congrats!!

I am going to use kbs rust seal satin black on my frame

Sandblast and epoxy primer then paint, or powder coat.

LOL. My first comment didn't make it through the filters I see. I referenced a product from Eastwood called Eastwood Black Rust Encapsulator in both gallon can and Aerosol as well as their seam sealer. We used the roll on for the gal cans and the spray for the hard to reach places as well as those pesky holes in the frame. The Seam Sealer was used where all the crossmembers butted up to the frame and this stuff keeps anything from working it's way in between and starting rust. I think the reason my first post didn't go through was because I added the url to their site in the message body. lol

I hear you on the grade 8 bolts… purchased some this morning 3/8 bolts , washers , nuts four of each at Ace Hardware and it was almost 17 bucks. Ridiculous!!!

Forgot to mention that we started out by using crushed volcanic media to blast the frame before using the seam sealer then the encapsulator. The finish turned out great.

The bulge in the bottom of the frame is for catalytic converter, all trucks have this starting in 1977.

00:28 Peanut Butter FAB is the best. I used a QA1 setup. It's all awesome at the end of the day with a cold brew in the hand brother! lol Are you gonna run a rack and pinion as well? I did considering the performance increase along with the QA1 cross member, tubular upper and lower control arms with coil over suspension.

I can’t seem to find a video fully installed so I can see the ride height. I’m going to do what you did, front cross member and rear. Hopefully soon!
