I believe the previous owner ran a tasting room and sold it as such. The new owners also built an Agriculture building for tools, equipment, and operations. I believe that was conforming to zoning. Building first then asking permission is taken as an insult by the County. The conditional use permit was written in the early ‘80’s and has not been updated.

@@JenniferFeltenEsqLet's be honest with ourselves; that's not a hack, that's cheating! That's something we all did in grade school when the teacher or other student read aloud. And that saying, when you don't read the words you can read much faster, makes absolutely no sense in that context. Take away his audio books and he probably couldn't finish a book in a year.

what if someone records a legal description when a tract is established and adds an easement for access over another property (in an unrelated but adjacent tract) without their consent? how can that have happened? who checks or approves what is recorded?

Understanding these factors is crucial for addressing them effectively. It’s important to have open discussions with city officials and community members to better understand their concerns and explore potential solutions.
