We hosted Passport 2 Employment with Hilton at their London Metropole site. This is our flagship Learning & Development Programme, aimed at increasing the employability of our candidates and advocating hospitality as an industry.
As a direct result of these programmes, more than 50% of our candidates are either hired by the host employer or find work with another one of our hospitality partners.
