My 20th day on lockdown here on the edge of a small village in Southern Spain

A peek inside my my life locked down at home in Southern Spain. Today was mainly about putting on the Lockdown Music Festival, so it's a bit shorter than yesterday.

What happened in my life at home and out in Competa, Spain as we try and avoid getting the Coronavirus. I waited until I had five packages and then ventured out to collect them. This could become a daily vlog.

La Herradura, in the province of Granada and on the Costa Tropical, is one of my favourite places to paddleboard any time of year, but it is particularly good in winter when you can often be alone on the water. Taking an autumn paddle through the trees on the Rochdale Canal from the old Walkley's Clog building just outside Hebden Bridge to the top lock at Sowerby Bridge in West Yorkshire.
