hello! I bought this same camera 4 years ago and it was forgotten about for a while, the batteries were left inside. I’ve tried to put new batteries in now and I’ve checked the battery checked. The needle isn’t even moving - does this mean the camera is far long gone? what should I do with it?

I still have my old one but mine says “MADE IN ENGLAND” on the front. It dates from around 1968/9.
