I'm not sure who they have in mind for that third midfielder, but it seems that Hayes likes Albert. There's also an up-and-coming star midfielder from Texas College. She can represent both England and the United States, and her statistics are outstanding. She is very tactically gifted and has excellent field vision. In my opinion, she might be a more advanced version of Lily. I'll find her name for you. I know you probably support Holland, but if you get a chance, search for Melanie Barcenas. Check out the last game from the FIFA U-17 Women's World Cup. The player I mentioned, along with Kennedy Fuller, really stood out. The first player is a striker, while Kennedy Fuller plays as a midfielder. They faced a low defensive block from Colombia and had no trouble breaking it down. In fact, Colombia may have had only one shot on goal throughout the entire match. The possession percentage was remarkable, with the United States U-17 women controlling the game 80-20. I usually see you in the comments and check out one of your videos you made on Lily. I believe it’s called Lily Johannes Midfield Maestra?

I think the next step is an Academy for all young girls to come train and develop and don’t have to use the pay-to-play system for girls that don’t wanna go to college they’re already signing them to professional women’s teams and with this U 17 women’s World Cup and the U 20 women’s World Cup where the US beat Holland unfortunately for bronze. Emma had them pick half college students and half professional young girls that just surpassed college and went straight professional. If you watch any of those games, it’s not a contest where the professionally developed players stand out and it’s not even a competition on how much better they truly are than the college players. Also, I’ve been hearing a lot of US players maybe you want to come to Ajax. Younger players around Lily’s age. Not sure if they would want that but from what I understand Ajax always makes money off the players they develop. Am I correct in that?

Oh, what I was saying about the triple espresso. I wouldn’t count any of those three in the front line as locked in for the next World Cup. I believe Mallory Swanson is a guaranteed choice for the team. However, the other two spots are still up for grabs. I like Barcenas, especially since she’s very young. My concern with Sophia Smith is that she is quite transitional and doesn’t seem to excel as a number nine. Additionally, her shooting ability leaves much to be desired. It’s remarkable to me that the U.S. won the Olympics without a functioning midfield. I digress. The reason I think Lily is choosing the United States is that she wants to win World Cups and play football. I will admit the U.S. got away from that for a little while under the last coach, but they hired Hayes for a new approach to possession-based play. The backline will be solid starting in 2027, especially with Girma coming back, and we have four world-class goalkeepers to choose from. Lily Johannes will get the start and will be an integral part of that midfield for as long as she wants to be if she chooses the United States. The last part is Trinity Rodman. I love how her game is developing, and I think it’s due to her club coach, who is the former Barcelona coach from last year. Jonathan Giraldez mentioned that he’s looking to build a somewhat Barcelona-type program for the U.S. Women’s team with the Washington club. That’s what drew him to this job. He said he had a chance to create something and, believe it or not, he wanted to go through the pain of building it. I guess that’s a Spanish thing? He didn’t lose in La Liga and dominated Europe, so I guess that’s what he meant in the context of the NWSL being more competitive. The last thing I want to mention is that the upcoming players for Holland are looking very exciting besides Lily Johannes. If Lily didn’t pick Holland, who would be their new midfielders? Who would be the new front line? And what about the new backline?
