Something at Thrifty is wrong , must be the short term training , waiting calmly my turn ,I step up with credit card and License in hard after about 50- time renting from Jacksonville airport city to Ft laurdale Airport , this young chubby black girl with a running nose , my turn to rent a car so I step up , I have credit card and driver license about to handle it over to her , but she ask me'' what I was here for , all she had to do was take my driver license with credit card run it thru her computer and ,WALa , to RENT A CAR , YES I HAVE RESERVATION ITS IN THE COMPUTER , OR ASK ME DO YOU HAVE reservation WITH US , YES I DO ,, VERY EASY .

This video needs to be shared more. Thrifty is a scam company. They sold us PlatePass in LAX pushing away the exclusions map from us, saying all was covered. We were not totally convinced so we asked in San Diego Airport, to have same answer. Now we are getting $15 fee from every single passage of "Thrifty administration fee" plus fines and toll charges from the toll companies, as some roads are in fact not covered. Total scam company, them and their owner Hertz.
