IF YOU MEAN BY RIGID FRAM NO SWAY STRUCTURE SO THE BUCKLING COEFFICIEN MUST BE LESS THEN 1
The concept of a sway or non-sway structure is directly linked to the critical load coefficient αcr from a stability analysis (see as reference ECCS 119): When αcr ≥ 10, the structure is non-sway, therefore the buckling coefficients will be smaller than 1.
Non-sway frames are designed to resist movement and are used in low seismic and wind areas. They are also known as Braced frames, they use bracing system to transfer the load between the beams and columns. They are also known as Rigid frames, as they do not allow flexibility to the structure.
think you for this cources, but as i know Lin = k * L IF FIXED FIXED k =0.5, if hinged hinged k=1, if fixed hinged K= 0.7 I can't understand why you use coefficient bigger to 1
