I have long covid and I find it frustrating that Bankmed is not supportive in this journey . Most debilitating is that even for 2022 it looks like this is still on research phase . Bankmed could not even pay for my pulmonologist fees , my Ent fees and meds . This video is very misleading as it implies that on the Comprehensive plan payment for treatment is unlimited but what it does NOT tell you is that payments are limited to "scheme rates" and as most decent specialists in the oncology field charge at least 300% of scheme rates the member is left out of pocket by a very substantial amount especially if their savings are already used up for the year.
