Hi Orla!! Lovely meals there, I've never heard of hazlet but it sounds good. My comfort food in the morning is toast and tea ( I mean, toast is just an excuse to eat butter) and in the evening it would be my beef stew with dumplings oe a homemade soup with dumplings. And chocolate. 😊

My comfort food is buttered toast. What can be better than a slice of yummy toasted bread and a generous amount of butter melted into it? Sometimes a little sugar sprinkled over it is nice. 😊

Oh Orla, you have to make souvlaki to go with your tzaziki! 4 cloves garlic, chopped Juice of one lemon 3 Tbsp. Tahini or peanut butter 3 Tbsp. oil 1 tsp cumin 1 tsp dried thyme (or 2Tbsp fresh) S & P to taste Mix well and marinate cubes of pork or chicken for at least 2 hours up to 24 Bake 15 - 20 minutes at 325

Hi Orla! You've got some great deals there!! Funny you mentioned it was hard to get lime cordial. That's the only kind I've ever seen. My grandmother always used to have a bottle in her fridge. A couple of Australian families I follow drink loads of it in all kinds of flavors. Anyhoo hope you have a nice weekend. 😊
