Don't waste your money on this. They need to go back to the drawing board and reimburse everyone for the money that the have spent on these defective things. I bought two and neither of them work. I have followed the instructions, limited ice which if I am being honest is dumb because I want COLD water, not room temperature water and I don't have access to a fridge at work for cold water, I have filled to the line, I have tightened the lid, everything. I waited over 2 hours to "Chat" yesterday and never got anywhere. I got the lame "Tips and Tricks" email that didn't work. Just buy a Stanley. Cirkul used to be good, but their customer service is not non-existent anymore.

So, after using the white marble stainless water bottle for over a year, I picked this up yesterday at Walmart. So far, so good. I see some people saying they have to turn it higher to get the same level of flavor. I am not finding that to be true. Using both of them at Level 5, and using a glass of cold water to sip between the two, I do not find much difference. Turning it to 3 and then to 8, both the bottle and the tumbler seem to give similar results. Now, to give some feedback on what I would like to see. I would love if there was a way to use the tumbler or bottle when you are in between cartridges. I bring my bottle, now tumbler, everywhere I go. I have promoted the product to so many. But when I am currently out of cartridges, there is nothing I can do to use the tumbler when I go out. The cartridges are not made to be kept on, as they mold over time. Just having a way to still promote a great product even if the flavor it out.

Love how cirkul ads claim there 50 cent a tube but in stores there 3.75 with tax 🤣 fucking crazy and the dials last like a day at most on a low setting I could buy a whole pack of water and flavoring for cheaper then just one cartiage

I am 10 cirkul bottles in when I found out the fin can snap down! The only issue I am having is with the other bottles, you tilt the bottle, with this one I think you have to drink out of it upright?
