My Top Lower Back Exercises | Lower back pain free
Not much space needed, only a mat and 2 yoga bricks.
The video is in full length one set which means you will be doing 2 more sets after this one with a little break between. I’m doing 5 or 10 reps each exercise and hold 20 seconds.
I recommend switching up your workouts to give your muscles enough time to recover and to hit them from different angles. I do Ab and Full body workouts always different.

Pot face maxim 10 abdomene si maxim 10 flotari. Cu niste exercitii din acestea, in vreo 2 luni as putea ajunge la 50 de flotari in 2 minute si 50 de abdomene intr un minut?
Da, ar trebui sa puteti ajunge la acel target. Dar totul depinde de dumneavoastra, de consistenta si perseverenta.
@@WellnessbySamstudio am ajuns la 15 flotari :)) dar abdomene nu prea pot face... si mai trebuie si in 60 secunde... in 60 sec am scos 20 de abdomene...
